Our growing team is looking for a driven, motivated, and passionate Assistant Center Director to support one of our growing centers. At a high level this includes the educational success of each child and the financial success of the center. Successful Assistant Center Directors are passionate about math education, love working with kids of all ages, and have the desire to support the growth of a small business.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
- Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
- Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Mentor and support instructors providing on-the-job training and coaching
- Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

- Ability to work from 2pm – 7pm (Monday-Thursday) and 10am – 2pm (Saturday) September-May AND flexibility to adjust to summer hours June-August; 2pm-6pm (Monday & Wednesday), 10am-6pm (Tuesday & Thursday), 10am-12pm (Fridays).
- Understanding that this is a part-time position which assumes work hours around and including the center operating hours. There may be additional hours outside of these times for ACD training, staff meetings, as well as community and school events, networking, and other Assistant Center Director responsibilities.
***All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate basic math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
