Our growing team is looking for a driven, motivated, and passionate Center Director/Manager to lead our Mequon center.

Lead the Mequon center as our Center Director/Manager and help continue to support making math fun!

Responsibilities:

· Actively communicate, answer questions, and partner with families expressing an interest in joining the program (40%)

· Provide exceptional customer service and manage day-to-day relationships (40%)

· Manage an amazing team of instructors (20%)

· Be the point of contact for all interested families

· Nurture relationships with families and students, provide ongoing check-ins of progress

· Provide tours of the center to give a feel for the “Mathnasium experience”

· Hire, train, and support a team of math instructors

· Provide ongoing training opportunities

Qualifications:

· A four-year degree in preferred and knowledge in elementary mathematics

· Exemplary leadership skills and desire to grow

· Affinity for sales, with a strong focus on building relationships

· Ability to work from 12:00pm – 7:30pm (Monday-Thursday) and 9:30am – 2:00pm (Saturday), plus flexibility for attending some community events throughout the year

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
